<p>jasonInNY, did you have inveigle on one of your sections? because according to this list, it’s experimental. Also, precedent is something that always has to do with legal stuff. The case is supposed to break “new legal ground”, so there was no precedent (a precedent is a ruling from a previous case to show the court that the law is usually interpreted a certain way and a similar case. but there was not similar case for this)</p>

<p>There were no precedents of a court case like it, so whatever the judges decided, it would be a completely new decision concerning something new (“breaking new grounds” as the question put it).</p>

<p>what about the question on the scientist/research passage asking what the significance of some discovery in a cell was… sorry thats really vague, but I don’t really remember the question or the answer, just know its missing from your list.</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure the choice said that humor was not accept at all times.
One talked about humor being necessary for life but that it is not fitting for a workplace environment. The other, I believe, talked about the consequences of humor.</p>
