hahaha I reread that and it does sound hilarious. It’s ok. This was my first real SAT.

Just a small change:
I think the answer “delineates the consequences”
was more like “outlining the consequences of a certain action”

hehe sorry the word delineate really confused me

I believe it was “outlining the consequences of a particular action” or something like that. I said “delineating” a while back, and people just started using it.

how many are we missing

Brandon- I didn’t find the math easy but I got all of them correct (excluding bubbling errors). To be frank, I thought this was one of the harder math sections lol

I found the math to be of average difficulty, maybe slightly below average. It wasn’t a piece of cake, but it certainly was not extraordinarily difficulty. Form W of the October 2009 PSAT was still the hardest Math section I’ve taken (barely got them all correct).

How’d you do on that anyway? I never heard how you did; I just heard TONS of people saying it was really hard.

CR: Three wrong for 74.
M: 80
Writing: Two wrong for 73. My petition for one of the questions is still pending; if it succeeds, I’ll have 78 for a total of 232.

I still think yall are missing what the sentence was trying to say. austere and unadorned did fit somewhat well, but it made more sense with plain and ornate. But no matter, come February we will see anyways so there’s no point in arguing over it. I will graciously apologize for having wasted so many posts over it when or if I find out I am wrong.

We’re missing 6. We have 61/67.

what do u think 8 wrong on CR will be?

Do you think that this Critical Reading was easy, medium, or hard?? If a test is harder does that mean they usually have a lenient curve?

Medium, but a bit on the easy side. I say just a normal curve.

Harder test usually means easier curve. I thought that this one was slightly below average in difficulty, especially the vocabulary.

What was the question that yielded the answer “thought process distinctive to researchers?”

Aside from not remembering this question (although I probably have this answer), I agree with all the answers in the list.

for the science research passage, there was a question like, “in line 1, laboratory research is…”
a) fundamental
b) something something
c) time-consuming
d) something something
e) something something
i only remember a and c because i was stuck between those two :/

I put (A), fundamental.

silverturtle,
Add the “fundamental” question to the list. :)

We are very close to finishing!

hihellothere,

It was definitely “fundamental”; I remember almost exactly that the first sentence was like “laboratory research is at the heart of science.”

based on the difficulty of this test, what do u guys think 8 wrong on CR will be?
