I mean the only reason I can’t go to HYPS even if I do get in is because of money, and obviously that isn’t a problem for some people. <p>I’m not saying that a highly ranked college isn’t any good. Clearly it is. But what I’m saying is that when it comes to life, a SAT score or even the college you attend isn’t going to matter in the long run. IMO what matters is what you make of your opportunities. And as far as your question, I would hire the 4.0 from UPenn if everything else remained constant. But that guy who got a 4.0 from ASU (no small feat) can be just as successful/accomplish his dreams as the guy who got the 4.0 from UPenn.</p>
