***January 2014 - Math Level 2***

i got less than -1

between 1 and two but i think i may be wrong

it’s less than -1 because u need it to be positive. and two - = +

For the prime factors question, the question was how many distinctive positive factors were there other than n and 1. So you can’t include the original number and 1, so the answer is 6.

it says to include n and 1 so it’s 8

For the last question:
What was the answer?
January Even year or January Odd year?

january odd year

I didn’t have that question about january?

it was #50

haha dang it, I got them all wrong.

Damn. I forgot to look at it. Can 3 omitted and 1 wrong still give me a 800?

Curve should be 43-45+ for an 800 so possibly unless you find out you got more wrong than you thought

The probability with the fire was .997. The probability of one going off is 1 - P(none going off) = 1 - (.08)(.04) =.9968 = .997

What’d you get for the question about the circle shifted 2 units down and 5 to the right?

(x-8)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 25

What do you guys think the curve will be for this one?
I heard that it can range from 6-8 wrong… but 8 seems a little too much

I think probably 6

Did u guys get 3.125 and 113 for 2 questions( don’t recall what the were about)?

And also for that absolute value graph question did the answer look like a bunch of small parabolas below the x axis?

50 was january every even year…
