***January 2016 SAT (International Only) Thread***

Does a mistake in the math grid in count for incorrect answer or omitted answer since there isn’t any negative marking on that?

@Learner12388 Z is odd if n is even?

@RoySAT Damn. Seems I’m gonna get 780 again

@UltimateSidemen2 it counts as an omitted answer.
@abc1688 there was a graph of Club A and club B from Monday through Sunday.

@RoySAT Z is odd if n is even is the answer

@McKilla99 yeah I just tried it. I’m not sure if i put n is even or n is odd. Damn it! Ugh I want 700s.

@RoySAT
Do you remember the restriction on n and p? I think I put down z is odd when n is even.

@Learner12388 I think the restrictions were that p had to be an odd positive integer and n was any positive integer

@ab1688
I don’t remember the exact question. You arrange the list of numbers given in increasing order and choose the median. 8 From the first list and 3 from the second. 8 - 3 = 5.

Anyone knows what the correct answer to the question which asks both Rosie’s mom and her mom in Haiku mode have in common? I put down industrious

@RoySAT @McKilla99

I got Z is odd. What was the problem? I plugged in both odd and even and it came out odd.

I got 800 M in December so I really don’t care if my math score drops to 780 though lol. My goal for this test was to improve CR (which is sitting at a 10 pt improvement right now) and to improve writing.

Does anybody remember last question in writing?

an application electricity OR application electricity

hang on what’s the error for the one about the girl on the bus, marie/maria

Yes, p had to be a positive odd integer while n was a positive integer. Z = 3^2 + (3x6) = 9 + 18 = 27
Z= 3^2 + (3x5) = 9 + 15 = 24

So Z is odd when n is even. I just don’t remember which I put as my answer ugh.

@bsdsj22 i think it should be with an “AN”, that is what the people from the dec test are saying also.

@McKilla99 do u remember if that was option E?

@McKilla99 do u remember if that was option E? - regarding the even/odd rule?

@abc1688
I think it was E.

@Learner12388 @abc1688 It was option D. I’m 80% sure

@McKilla99 i remember doing E because i tested every single one, but i may’ve screwed up somewhere. I remember C and D only worked if n was even in one case, or odd in another, but that E worked for both. Struggle to remember the question clearly… Do you remember anything from it?
