Hence the passage talks about how small black holes are in galaxies and can alter the state of something far away. It is just the distance thing, not if it helps or hurts something, since the passage never really states anything about that.</p>

<p>Yeah, but it also talks about how black holes destroy things, but also help to create stars. Similarly, overfishing destroys some animals, but lets othes flourish. I wasn't really sure when I made my choice, but I'm pretty confident now.</p>
