January TOEFL IBT horrible date

<p>Hi there, I have a serious problem with TOEFL test. Don't know really why, but I wrote my last ibt not good ( 98 from 120).
I need 100, but the problem is, that last date in my country is January 31. Do colleges accept such a strange date? Because, some of them wrote that last possible sat for TOEFL is January, but Junuary 31 it's kind of silly :)).</p>
