Let's hope that you can get those results on your IB. Americans favor the IB. Your test scores might be below average for most of the colleges you are applying to.

Thank you!
I'm taking the IB test now, so I hope it comes out well.
I wasn't sure if the colleges look at IB scores, so I'm glad they favor it.
I'm taking SAT again in dec.
If these schools are too high, are there any other suggestions??

Go you! I'm applying regular decision to George Washington University myself! I'm taking Japanese, too, so if you go to GWU, give me a holler! By the way...You have awesome IB score predictions! I'm an IB kid myself and I'm hoping to do as well as your scores! You're profile looks good to me for the colleges you're going after...so good luck! Ganbatte, ne?

Arigatou!!
I'm happy to see a person like you!! Japan is very nice place to visit★
I hope both of us can get into GWU!!
Its glad to hear that my ECs are fine. I was bit worried about that too. There are not much opportunities in Japan like US from my opinion...
My IB scores are just from my mocks, and I'm not sure if I can really get those scores...But I will try my best!!!
Good luck for you too. Ganbaru ne★

Whee! I can't wait to see what happens! I'm applying early to Yale right now and if I'm rejected then I'll definitely apply to GWU...for now, wish me luck! I'll find out about Yale around mid-December!

WOW. Thats great!! I hope you will be accepted!!
I couldn't apply early because I had IB exams in nov. (right now, really)
I really REALLY wish you luck!!!

Arn't there any additional advices on my choice of schools??(><)

Your chances at Tufts don't look too bad but not great, though Tufts is always looking for international applicants to add to the diversity of campus. However, I would try to up the math as it's okay to have a lower verbal but lower test scores always detract from the overall impression of academic capabilities. Also, in order to apply to almost all of the schools you listed above you'll need the SAT II writing to complete the SAT I and 3 SAT IIs requirements unless you take the new SAT (where the writing is included in the composite score).

Thanks. Tufts is one of my top choices!
I agree that I have to pull up my math score. I was absorbed by my IB study, so I didn't put much time on SAT studies...
I will retake it in dec, so I will study hard for it after the exams. I hope it will improve my scores.
Oh, I took new SAT, so writing part was included. The score was 520. I have to improve this score too...

Will American and U of Georgia be my Safety or match??
