Yes, no, maybe? I don't know. Georgetown, GWU, American and more!

Can you repeat the question?

Georgetown Early Action
GWU
American University (Global Scholars Program)
UChicago
NYU Abu Dhabi
NYU Shanghai
Binghamton

Major(s): International Relations + Japanese + Korean

ACT: 32 Composite (34/34/31/29/9w)
SATII: USH 770, Lit 640, Japanese in November
GPA: 100.38 weighted
Rank: School doesn't tell us, but definitely 1/~150
AP: US (4)

Senior Schedule:
AP Biology
AP Calc AB
AP Comparative Government
Journalism
Japanese 4
Gym
Advisory
College American Foreign Policy

Everything else:
-7 College Classes: Economics, Political Science, Media, Pre-Calc, Psychology, Political World, American Foreign Policy (taking this first semester in the fall), got an A in every class.

-Journalism - 3 years, Editor in Chief, Managing Editor

-Japanese Club - 4 years, VP

-School trip to Japan junior year

-Model UN - 3 years, VP

-Will be doing yearbook senior year

-Community service - ~100+ hours for various walks, community events

*My school is based on the theme of International Studies (it's in the name of the school, actually) and it focuses on making us "globally aware" etc. Can this be of /any/ help?

I wished I lived in the Golden Age, giving it up on the Broadway stage.

It’s happening again.

Are you an international applicant?

No, I live in New York and I’m white.

A friend of mine applied to the same schools as you with a better ACT/SAT score and a better GPA and got denied from Georgetown and wailisted at GWU. I think he only got waitlisted at GWU because his Why GW and other essays were not good, but he should have had a solid shot.

So, my guess is that Georgetown might be a little difficult to get into, GWU could possibly be a good match if your scores match your essays (or a reach if they aren’t) and I think you are in at American.
