<p>Chances at JHU early decision?
Hey i'm looking into the undergrad program at JHU, maybe majoring in neuroscience. Could any of you chance me on my likelihood of getting in? I'm thinking of doing early decison. feel free to post any tips or comments :)</p>
<p>academics:
I've taken 7 APs thus far, and i plan on taking 6 my senior year for a total of 13. I have a 4.0 unweighted average and a weighted 5.0 on my school's grading system. My class rank is 2/500.</p>
<p>Standardized test scores:
My SAT is a 2180 (math-700, CR-710, and writing-770)
I have taken the bio subject test so far and i got a 770. i'm planning on taking another subject test</p>
<p>clubs:
-beta club, key club (officer position), and like 3 other clubs</p>
<p>other stuff:
i've won writing competitions and a prestigious science competition
i do martial arts: karate for 10 years, i have my black belt
i have volunteered at 2 local hospitals and at the library (250 plus hours)
i did an internship abroad (shadowed a doctor), fundraised for local health clinic and had an article (organics and health) published in a journal
i have attended leardership programs at various universities over the summer (one at duke, one at UMD)</p>
<p>could you chance me for JHU early decision? feedback would be great about whats strong, weak, etc.</p>
