I got into both JHU and Cornell. but for JHU, I could not make to their BME, while for Cornell, I got into their engineering program (BME as well). My dream is to be a doctor, and I am wondering whether I should to go cornell or JHU for me to get into med school easier. I know that JHU's pre-med is better. My other questions are: if i go to cornell, is it a bit easier to get into cornell medical school? the other question is the same but cornell replaced by JHU, that is, if I go to JHU, is it easier to get into JHU medical school?

I second that question.

Does going to JHU make it easier to get into JHU med school?

At least for Hopkins, while the largest group of undergrads at Hopkins med comes from Hopkins undergrad, the number accepted is still insanely small. See this thread.

To the OP: I would say that you should visit both the schools and see which one you feel is a better fit. Both are great schools, but Ithaca is very different from Baltimore. I think that picking a school that you feel more comfortable at is more important than picking now based on medical school acceptance rates that won't affect you for four years.
