what factors do you believe are the strongest in JHU's holistic approach to admission? Where do standardized tests scores fall in comparison to EC's for example, and what aspects can get a student who might on that dreaded average line on scatterplots (using GPA and SATs) where some people are accepted, some waitlisted, and some rejected all bunched around where the two average lines come together?</p>

<p>Rigor of courseload and your weighted GPA are the most important. Then your unweighted GPA and LORs then ECs. SAT/ACT are usually last on the list.</p>

<p>Thanks for the responses and the thoughtful posts you put up earlier this year Daniel, I look forward to (hopefully) applying ED to JHU in the fall, pending a discussion of finances with my parents.</p>
