Jobs & College Admissions

I've noticed a lot of acceptees to the more prestigious colleges have limited to no job experience (mostly just summer jobs or tutoring). Would I have an advantage if i've had 4 jobs since the 8 grade ( including 2 at one time) and work year round about 15 hrs/week and 20 hrs/week summer and still do lots of ECs, volunteer work, get good grades etc? I feel that having a job takes a lot of extra timeout of my schedule and all of those stellar students who don't have one have all that extra time to study for SATs and such.
