Does anyone know anything about this? I found out today i have one good for $25,000 per year, for each of the 4 years. Anyone know like how many people get this scholarship or what the amounts you receive can be (I've heard the value of the scholarship ranges).

i know about as much as you do..... i got it too, for 15K per year. and i saw someone else post that they got it for 2.5K per year. so it most def ranges. but CONGRATS to you and all other recipients reading this.

I got 5,000 a year. Where else did you apply/get in?

SKYflyer, if you don't terribly mind, what were your stats?

I got one for 15K/year.

I also got 15,000 a year. I was really surprised to get a scholarship offer, as I didn't even apply for financial aid...

ya, i got 5k a year, was hoping for more since this school is so damn expensive and i really want to go there, money still has to be a consideration though. does anybody know anything about bonner scholars?

I got one as well! for 4000 per year. I also received a great need based aid scholarship as well. Oberlin is definitely on my list of schools to consider so this is great.

The John Frederick Oberlin scholarship is one of the merit-based scholarships that Financial Aid offers. I was awarded one last year and it had a big impact on my (good) decision to enroll. I don't have any more information about it than what came in my financial aid package last year, though. Congrats to you all!
