JSA Summer Program 2010, reviews/responses

AGHHHH, I still haven’t heard from them :frowning: I called and called and called - and even e-mailed. And now, it’s probably too late. There’s no way I could get any airplane tickets in time… :frowning:

But, I’ve heard a few cases where they defer your acceptance for the next summer…hopefully that’ll happen to me.

Lol^^^^

One of my hallmates went to Georgetown which ended a day before Prnceton so within a several hours he applied and got into the Princeton one… and now he’s here.

WHAT!!! Oh my god…I am so angry right now.

I applied to Georgetown Session II & got accepted the day after my teacher submitted her letter of recommendation (I hadn’t even had my transcript sent in yet… fishy). But I am not attending because of the high costs; the scholarships available don’t do much to fix that issue. Also, I think I’d rather volunteer over the summer than be “stuck” there for three weeks.

Is there anyone out there that is familiar with the JSA Institute 3-4 day programs??

is the JSA program for international students also?

BUMP…anyone going???

JSA Summer School honestly changed my life. It was an amazing experience that encouraged me to become more focused on politics and follow my passions. I would highly encourage attending as it is very well run and you get a look into the year round organization that is completely student run.

Any one going this year? Did everyone that has previously gone had an interest in politics?
