The judicial review one was Marshall. He made the decision.

ques.: a company that traded between hawaii and california in 1900 concerned with which contemporary issue? i said canal panama.
another choice was annexation cuba.

chinese exclusion i said was supported by working class.
colonial cities, did cities really have more than 25,000? actually it couldnt be rivers. so if its not 25,000 then theres no right answer.

Someone said they looked up the city populations, and most were in fact under 25,000.

But i think the ? was colonial/NE/merchant cities had all of the following EXCEPT and one of the choices was that populations were under 25000 which would mean it is not the answer. I said that they were not connected by rivers but im probably wrong because it was guess althogh a bunch of kids from m school confirmed this answer right after the test.

Yea, i think the rivers was the right answer (that's what I put).

rivers isnt the right answer because water transport was how colonial cities transported goods, esp befor wagon roads.

ionno. did anyone choose panama canal for the hawaii-cali company thing?

yea, i got panama canal for that one

At his point i think i'm at like 12-13 wrong with none omitted. What do you think my score will be?

yea panama canal

i have like 6 wrong so far. and 3 omits. umm your score's probably a 740-50 if you didn't omit anything.

does anyone remember the last few questions of the test? i remember i skipped around the test, and now i'm wondering whether or not i actually finished it. paranoid, i know, but i'd appreciate it if someone could maybe refresh my memory by telling me what the last few were about. thanks !

Just curious, do u guys think that in this discussion as well as in all the other post test discussions people pretty much mention all of the hard quesitons and the ones that r neglected r only the easy ones???

If so, Its possible that the 30 or so that we didnt mention were very easy and therefore we got most/all of them correct.

sorry for double posting and sounding really impatient, but what i said before, it's REALLY bothering me now. can someone please give me an idea of what the last few questions on the test were about?

what DID NOT characterize northeastern cities in the late 19th century? Was it Picture palaces?

I can't remember what exactly I put but I don't believe it was picture palaces.

I had it down to something liek department stores downtown and Picture palace. Picture palaces didn't become a prevalent form of entertainment until the 20th century...

Oh yeah...I put department stores. But I wasn't absolutely sure. Are you sure it said late 19th century? Because yeah if it was that then I probably read the question too fast or something because yes picture palaces came later (although department stores still sound kind of out of place).

Picture place.

Honestly, I thought some of these questions were horrific because they had such similar answers.

yes, i think collegeboard people f'ed up a bit on some of these questions. it was ridiculous how ambiguous some of them were.

the 19th century one i put i think Picture palace...dunno it was such a stupid insignificant question i have no idea what the SAT ppl were thinking...

What were the choices for the silent majority one?
