bio E = (predicted) = 780/790 but got an....800!!!! WooT!!

Good job misterwang!

i have a problem and i feel absolutely ridiculous asking about it.

i took 3 tests in may 2007 and got:
literature- 800
biology e- 800
us history- 740

then in june 2008 i took another 3 and got:
latin- 800
math 2- 800
world history- 800

this means that i have 5 subject tests with the same score. i took 3 on the june date because i thought i was under-prepared for all of them & wanted to maximize my chances of one 800 to match the other 2.

what are colleges going to consider when they get 5 tests with the same score? will they just pick the two/three that come first in the alphabet?

philoglossia ...you should be ashamed of yourself! (jK..lol!)

Couldn't agree more; I'm a non-native speaker and got 690 in Chinese w/ Listening last year and I will retake to get 750+ this year.

philoglossia... yeah, I really feel bad for your situation. 5' 800s, oh no, whats going to happen? LOlZ

philoglossia:

colleges usually try to pick tests from different subject areas (language, science, etc). so you're in excellent shape! 5 800s! wow! congrats! so say they look at history scores. they will look at the highest (world history). but you took tests from all subject areas...idk what to say but congrats again!:)

780 in Literature -- my first non-failure at a subject test!

I finally decided to check my scores...

720 Lit
730 USH

I thought I would have done better on history especially after taking it AP, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the Lit score. Really thought I'd get >600...
so would these scores suffice and does anyone think I should retake/replace with another subject test come november?

World History 790
Biology E 720

I'm happy with these scores, though admittedly I was disappointed about bio. I'm going to take USH, Literature, Spanish, and if necessary Math IC next year. I want 800s!

670 BioM.. i stayed up until 5 AM and was extremelyyy disappointed

760 bio M
800 us history

no more SAT II's anymore... I'm going to miss that thick book =(

Math level 1: 770
Math level 2: 800
US History: 660

*** why will u miss not having sat ii's
are u insane

Is there a new policy that allows you to choose your top 3 scores so that colleges will only be able to see your top 3??!?!? This starts for class of 2010.

760 lit
640 us history :(

Math IIC: 790
US History: 780
Biology E: 750

I'm kinda disappointed with math. I got an A in calc 2 last semester, so i was really expecting 800. I'm actually surprised about the other 2, though; history generally isn't my strong suit, and i did biology E purely from regular freshman bio knowledge and a sparknotes study book.

so basically im *ed as **k. chem test felt so easy but i was not prepared for it as i had time management issues. i literally knew the answer to all of them except say 2 or 3. gonna do WAY better next time. Actually, the chem curve was pretty generous this time, no? i know me talking is not gonna improve my score, but im just disappointed right now. a 740. 800 math II though.
