Hi,

So for the 1st writing section, does anyone remember the answers to question 3 and 4?

Question 3-
It had something to do with has began or had begun. I was having a really hard time trying to decide between has began or had begun as the right answer. I chose had begun because I think has began sould be has begun, but I'm not certin.

Question 4-
Once again, I was trying to chose between has or had. It was about this guy who went on the wrong train station. Something along the lines of It was only after Steve checked the map that "had realized?" he went on the wrong train." IDK. HAD or has?

Please help!!! thanks

Q3 was had begun Q4 was had realized

Yea, I had the same answers ^^!

Wait sorry, Question 4 had a “was blanking” phrase in the first part of the sentence. Would it still be had or would it be has then? Actually, instead of " had realized" I think the underlined portion was “had gotten” or something like that. So would it be had gotten or has gotten? Because, since there was a “was blanking” phrase, indicating the action is continuing, I thought it would be has, however, I also feel like gotten is in the past. He isn’t still getting on the train. So would it be has or had? Thanks!

thank god! that’s what i put for both…I originally put has for both but I changed it at the last minute!

Wasnt one of them just “BEGUN”?
