First time taking it, no prep. Now I just need to decide if I want to take this again, or the SAT (I got a 2040). I am a little disappointed because a friend I have a healthy rivalry with got a 32, no prep as well first time.

Supposedly all the scores are up for the day. Hoping for next Wednesday.

Weird…thought I only got 2 or 3 wrong in science. I’ll take it for a first try though.

@scubadive
Waiting with you! We’re in the same boat.

Are you positive all the scores were posted for the day?

Gave it my best, ultimately wasn’t able to achieve the 30+ math score. Still one upped my last score though! :)

That’s what they told me when I called. I hope that is misinformation. So if anybody gets their score who didn’t have it this morning let us know.

What would be considered better, a 32 on the ACT or a 2110 on the SAT?

So if I plan to go to a school that doesn’t superstore, should I send my other act too? Or will they just not look at it? Bc my math, English, and science will look a lot better, but reading would look so much worse on the last one!

Previous one:

(Don’t know what happened on reading)

So mad! i knew my scores were going to be bad for this one, but i made no change(except for math, but barely)!

My April scores are definitely better to send to college. Should i retake in September though? I really did not want to, but i think i need at least a 32.

@aizwootler that chart is slightly outdated @mjb2334 your act is slightly better. Is that an 31.5 rounded to a 32 or a 32 flat?

@sallymeno11

That chart was from 2013. I don’t suppose you have a more recent one?

@aizwootler oh It looked a bit outdated. The one linked on the act site says a 34 is a 2290 and this one days 2250. It’s only around 40 points different, so not a big deal. Ill find the link when I’m home later, on my phone rn.
Congrats on your perfect score!

Got my score here in AZ. If a school doesn’t superscore, which should I send? Or can I send both and they just look at one?

Not bad that I virtually matched my SAT score of 2270 (720 CR/790 M/760 W), considering that I hadn’t done a single practice ACT question before the test. Kinda bugged that I came so close to a 35, though.

@LexyKeith2015
Just send april if they don’t superscore

lexykeith: I would send june scores unless you are applying to an engineering program. Remember schools like to make a well rounded class of people who are stars in something, rather than a bunch of well-rounded individuals, and since you got a perfect 36 on the reading in June, you should be highlighting that fact. IMHO.

I got a 30 and my GPA is 3.6. Taking the toughest courses. What are my chances at umichigan? OOS
