I had it between “unduly negative” and “unsubstantiated” or something like that. i picked negative though.

ok thank god what about the passage about new york? did you guys put “seeing and feeling” or “direct reference to the past”???

@sleepdeprived Dont remember. But I do remember that the -1<c<b<a<1 question was on the same section as the question with the graph that asked you what t - b was, which was the last one on that section and you had to shift it to the right horizontally.

EDIT: Oops i was really late hehe. What were the other options? But i feel like i put direct reference to the past.

@SAT1234567890 people keep talking about this but i honestly have no idea what question they’re talking about! It makes me nervous

was this the one about hubris?

On the very last one of the writing section, was it AS it had or THAN it had? I put the one with than and now I’m worried because I was really hoping for an 800 on writing.

Apparently it was as because of the as…as parallel

@humbugs you know the passage about a black man who arrives in New york and is surprised by the lack of noise…? I think it was second to the last question and it was asking you to compare the man’s reaction when he looked around him… I thought it was “seeing and feeling” cuz at first he had a preconception about the city and when he actually arrived he realized that it was different from what he had imagined…

@humbugs YEAH!!! you know the passage about a black man who arrives in New york and is surprised by the lack of noise…? I think it was second to the last question and it was asking you to compare the man’s reaction when he looked around him… I thought it was “seeing and feeling” cuz at first he had a preconception about the city and when he actually arrived he realized that it was different from what he had imagined…

@SAT1234567890 Yeah I do remember it. That was one of the answer choices on a question that was on the short passages comparison I think but I doubt think that was the answer though, but Idk that question was kind of tough. I think it was asking how the author of passage 2 would feel about the statistics in passage one about how much money newspapers are making online. In passage one it was talking about how since 2003 newspaper articles are making more and more money online…or am I thinking of a different question on that same passage? I dont really remember

@SAT1234567890 Ohh thank you for explaining. I think I put… “he is negative about it” because he talks about the stretched out clock… I forgot my rationale for that D:

@hellousername123 I thought it was what the guy mentioned in passage 1 would say to the author of passage 2 though… passage 2 was talking about how the cost can’t be compensated by the profit from the web newspaper

@SAT1234567890 direct reference to the past! and i also remember choosing unduly negative.
@uniqueusername10 It asked if the equation of one line was y=0.5x+t, and if moving that line 6u right would make it coincide with another line y=mx+b, then what would the value of t-b. i think people are saying it’s 3. I chose 3, but mostly because I was trusting that the graph was to scale, b/c I didn’t have time to work it all out… :'c so here’s hoping it’s 3.

I got experimental math.
Does anyone remember the math question that with the 3 squares that met at one point, with x = 2y, and asked about the value of x? I’m pretty sure it was a grid-in.

did you guys put awe for the guy’s reaction?

DId anyone save a copy of the google doc? If so, please cut and paste it on here with the answers- that way no one can erase it……

@SAT1234567890 I put confused but everybody seems to think it was awe…

@SAT1234567890 Yeah I think you are right. I was probably thinking of another question on that same passage and yes, Im pretty confident the answer for that question on the immigration passage is that he was in awe.

@SAT1234567890 do you remember what the sentences referred to in the passage were about? Did it have something to do with the taxi clock and something about Dali?

@tobester I actually put confused but my sister put awe…

Just wondering, is there any reason why it couldn’t be confused? Initially it described him being schocked by the quietness and thinking the plane may have damaged his eardrums. He meant this sarcastically I know, but I still think confused could be a valid answer.
