@satletsgo @blubrrybanana22 Yup. Sounds good.

Did anyone have a CR section with a psychology topic? With an illusion with a duck/rabbit picture? That section was tough for me! Hoping it’s experimental

@toxiccriminal People are pretty sure that one’s experimental
<a href=“Lets try to figure out experimental sections for June 2014 SAT? - SAT Preparation - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1657008-lets-try-to-figure-out-experimental-sections-for-june-2014-sat.html

All I remember about the math section is the guy lying about his fish … @@.

Btw for the 1st writing section, where the “reading passage” was about the woman who traveled the world…

on the question: Whats the best rewrite for “She went from country to country, riding transport that ranged from blah blah to blah and blah”

is the main consensus: “During her trip” in front of the sentence?

ya and the fish one was 8

@Jarjarbinks23 That one really confused me too. I put the other likely option (changing “that ranged” to “ranging”) I think it might be an idiom or something. I don’t think putting “During her trip” in front of it adds too much to it. But who knows? Anyone else have an opinion?

Also if it is not “During the trip,” why is it the other popular choice … change “that ranged to ranging”?

Isn’t the latter unnecessary, while “during the trip” makes the sentence a lot more clear?

@rg33gr yeeaaah section five

It had like a question about parabolas for the second problem, and a problem about petitions right?
I got absolutely raped

About the two writing question: the Bly one is not experimental. Also, parabolas suck >.<

can anyone find any of the reading passages other than the “Cutting for Stone” passage? Id love to look at the passages to check my canisters.

I only had one grid in section for Math (short answers)… anyone else? I’m a bit worried… idk maybe I don’t rmb doing two

also, there was this google doc where they were discussing the questions. I was reading it and suddenly it disappeared!!!

K I got 20 for the fish question… I could be totally wrong, but I got in the 700s for math last time I took the sat

@carlynerdalert based on popular consensus, the answer was 8

@shinchang I too had the prompt where it was asking whether people should tell the truth or avoid hurting people’s feelings

I didn’t have anything with a maze but I had the shifted graph question

@capitalamerica I think showplace was still the incorrect part because it should have been plural…?

@ballet19 I think x was 36 bc y+2x+90+90+90=360 and x=2y

@hellousername123 except u solved for y and it wanted x, so it was 36

Estimating scores doesn’t help because I estimated mine last time and it was off by 130pts…plus everyone seems to estimate really high scores when in reality, the average is quite low
