Yes but then the equation would equal 100(1.04)^x which has a thingy of 4.0 not 3.9
I was think that they wanted you to look at the .03922 and then jump to the conclusion that It’s 3.9 but I think it was a trick question (or I am just over-complicating an easy question).
I had a really bad teacher for this class and my school only offers up to calc bc because I live in the middle of nowhere so I may be wrong about everything.

i can’t believe that we are going to get our chem regent scores after 3 days
chem comes really easily to me. my teacher was really easy this year (maybe too easy…the average on the midterm was a D) but I’m not planning on studying aside from doing some practice tests

47 was about imperialism in Japan and said "these events contributed most directly to what?" And the answers were fall of tokagawa shogunate (correct), annexation of Korea, Ruso-Japanese War, and some Manchuko thing. I took AP Euro and don't know any nonwestern history so I just said Manchuko
