I have a 2010, but I took it without any studying. So far I’m predicting (hoping for) about a 2150 or so with about a week of studying (AP Lang and AP Calc drastically improved my abilities in each of the sections).

The score ranges are fallacious… Look at Jan 09 Writing MC 45=69, which is impossible on the ranges according to the blue book

Currently at 780 Math, 740 Writing, 750 CR in May.

I’ve been studying Writing really well, so i’m hoping for 800 Math, 800 Writing and 750+ CR

I’m hoping for:
CR: 740 to 800
M: 680 to 730 (depending on stupid mistakes)
W: 750+
Superscore: 2170 to 2330

I really got to study vocab, practice math and grammar now…
Good Luck Everybody!

Aim:
740CR
800M
800W
Highest score in actual test:
720CR
770M
670W
Average scores in practice tests:
720CR
800M
780W

The curve is not predetermined (i.e., before the test is administered). However, it only corrects for variations in the difficulty of the test compared to other SATs and has nothing to do with the quality of the people taking the test.

The score ranges in the blue book’s last 7 tests are essentially the widest possible range of scores for the given raw score. These tests have old SAT questions but were never administered, hence no actual curve.
