I thought 48 = not enough settlers

I don't think they had similar approaches. They want to different locations and had different motives for colonies

no, it was military. " a feature monument, detailed the wars of Decebalus. ..."

was that one of the choices?

There was nothing about "military" in the choices --;;

so on the test, basically i was like **** this since i already took physics and did well on that(in may) and ill be taking AP American Next year (i can take the SAT II US HISTORY next year)... anyways i basically decided half way through i would just cancel anyways... i omitted like 19... now that i see all these questions i've gotten right... do you think i should still cancel? i mean the highest i can get with that many omitted is like a 770 or something right? so should i cancel or just wait for the score?

Depends. What grade are you in?

BB tomorrow.

sophomore... 10th

i don't really need this... i just thought it'd be easy at the time that i signed up since i get 97s in my global history class...

How can I get a pmed copy of the list?

lol I left and there are 200 more posts like an hour later.

Hey, I have a question for all of you.

I'm in 10th grade, and I omitted 12 questions. (background info)

As some of you know, I didn't take world history, only AP European History. I am wondering if I should cancel my score that I took today and re-take it in october. I will self study the material by getting the AP World History book or something.

I am uncomfortable having a bad test score that colleges can see.

Is this a good idea?

I'm pretty confident I will get an 800 if I retake it, seeing how awesome the curve is. I knew all of the european questions down, but I didn't know jack about the americas, and asia.

Thoughts? (I guess I'll make a new thread)

do colleges view retaking sat subject tests negatively?

if i got a 700, but retake and get an 800, will colleges only consider my 800 and forget about my first attempt?

I don't know, I think colleges look at both your first attempt and retake but they focus more on the retake. Also, generally most colleges like improvement.

Could someone pm the list of questions? Thanks :)

Oh, and I totally did not know that omitting questions would not subtract any points and I guessed on maybe like... 10 of them. Should I cancel my score?

Hmm I think I got 4 wrong and one omit.

Hope I get an 800. :D

I'm pretty sure that 70 of my answers are 100% correct.

For the rest, even if I had mistaken all of them (which I know is not true) I'd get 650+

overall, i thought it was an okay test.

is the number grade more important or the percentile?
btw, what were the choices for the question about the security council?
and what exactly was the question about the south american food crop thing? (the one where everyone's saying its maize)

would anyone be willing to pm the list of questions? i know i didnt contribute anything at all to this discussion but im starting to feel pretty insecure about the test and am wondering if i should cancel...

can anyone think of more questions? we have 63 /95 now.

That's 66 percent of the test. SO basically, if you didn't have any wrong from this point on, it is likely that you got a 750+, I'd like to say. Can anyone think of more questions?

that's kind of funny..how a new group of ppl came after the other ppl left.

can anyone pm me that question list please
