June world history sat II

Oh, so there were two. I definitely remember that china was an answer, no way I got that wrong. But I just dont remember the other question. haha.

or something along the lines of farming/agriculture/civilization

-_- greece? i think i put that. ughh i needa see the exact questions to remember

haha. i know what you mean. they're all kinda running together in my mind...

i don't remember that question :S

btw what was the romantic humanism question again ?

haha petrarch right?

it was about what was humanism related to... we decided it was "study the classics"

i put art. =X

yeah, it's def. study the classics. i got that one wrong on a practice test.

is anybody going to retake the test in october

i want to retake chem! :)

"what people did the Catholic Church hate so much?
moneylenders, artisans, nobles, warriors?"

It was artisans. they didnt like people challenging the church's ideals. I'm positive that is the correct answer.

"Hey, I have a question for all of you.

I'm in 10th grade, and I omitted 12 questions. (background info)

As some of you know, I didn't take world history, only AP European History. I am wondering if I should cancel my score that I took today and re-take it in october. I will self study the material by getting the AP World History book or something.

I am uncomfortable having a bad test score that colleges can see.

Is this a good idea?

I'm pretty confident I will get an 800 if I retake it, seeing how awesome the curve is. I knew all of the european questions down, but I didn't know jack about the americas, and asia.

Thoughts?"

Can someone please answer?

**ARE WE SURE THAT THE CURVE IS 78/95=800?/b

What can you get for a 700? Is world history self-studiable if I took world history 2 years ago and modern world history last year?

the curve should be around there, especially because the test was harder this time. i personally would not cancel and just retake it later, because your highest score counts. and it can't be that bad, seeing how big the curve is.

college kid; 700 = raw scores of 59 and 58.

and jcl - are you sure its artisans? thats what i put.. but everyone on cc says otherwise. and the curve is from 78 - 95 = 800. i have the curve sheet w/ me

i think there was a nationalistic romantic one and a renaissance humanism one.

I wouldnt omit my score if i were u- colleges like to see improvement

the Catholic Church hated moneylenders becaused they charged interest (i was thinkng of usury)

actually, the one im looking at is from princeton, and this particular test went from 75 - 95, for an 800.

how exactly did the artisans challenge the church? just wondering..
