Junior in the midst of a crisis- help!!

I'm a junior and I'm about to take my first SAT in March. (I did my first practice one and got a 1670...).

I really don't know if I'm good enough for a great university.

My grade for the first semester is an overall B+ (89.7).
I'm taking 2 AP courses and 1 honors course, which are the only ones I was eligible to take.
I'm in a specialized high school which means it's one of the top in the state, and it's also a performing arts high school, so art is an actual major.

My extracurriculars:
- Volunteering in my church (5+ years, still ongoing)
- Teacher's assistant for 3rd graders every Sunday (started in Sept.)
- Filipino Association in my community (6+ years, still ongoing)
- Debate team (started this year)
- Interned for Jessica Simpson fashion company last Summer (1 month)
- Filipino club (2 years)
- Teen art program (2 years)
- Art club where we write letters to cancer patients (started this year)
- Arts in Action club (volunteer to use talent in art/music to play at nursing homes/hospitals) (started this year)

-This summer, I'm going to be building houses in the Philippines for victims of the typhoon (under an organization) (3 weeks)
-Going to volunteer to teach 3rd graders English in local schools in the Philippines (3 weeks)
-Signing up for a teen art program that promotes youth art state-wide (1 year)

Others:
- Painting was accepted into school's annual art show
- Painting was featured in NYC exhibit
- Finished biochemistry and epigenetic college courses during the summer

I really don't know if I'm good enough. I have 1 more semester to go and I need to get a 90 because right now, I don't think any university on my list will accept me (Stonybrook, Boston University, Georgetown University, UPenn, Columbia University).

Any tips? Help!! Thank you so much!!

The schools you have listed are very competitive and people with similar or even better stats than you will get rejected. With that being said, a 1670 is way too low and you need to be thinking about a getting a 2100+ on your SATs to even have a shot at those schools. Your grades are also a tad low–an 89 or 90 average will not cut it. What’s your class rank? If you are ranked in the top 5% of your class that might be okay. Anyways, definitely work on improving that SAT score.
