Junior year advice please help!

Im having trouble planning my schedule for junior year of high school.
First i think i should tell you guys that i am seriously confused on what i like. I love to sing and do theatre yet i want to become a doctor in the future. Specifically a gynecologist or surgeon.
Ive always been a hard worker, it runs in the family. We aren't naturally smart in our line but when we work hard and study our asses off were guaranteed a good grade.
So ive already submitted my schedule for next year but i have time to change it.
Junior year consists of:
AP Lang
APUSH
Ap Bio
math onlevel
physics
advanced theatre 1

So that's my schedule. However im nervous because outside of this i do beta club, NHS, choir, and theatre.
I want to be able to balance my schedule and perform my best. I know itll be a lot of work.
But the thing is i love to read (ap Lang) and do well in my honors lit class, im ding pretty well in ap world history because im interested to study it, yet im passionate about becoming a medical student so i fee like i should take ap bio. dont get me wrong i am interested but i am also intimidated because i hear its hell.
However, i have a 103 in math onlevel
do you think its worth moving to advanced math? which would be precal next year? im really confused. Please give me any sourt of advice on what to expect and what i should do because i truly want to be a doctor yet i dont want to not study my passion for stuff i am interested in.
im doing ok in ap world and have been recommended to both ap lang and apush.
Also if ya'll could offer any study tips, bed time schedules that would help sincerely, i leave school at 3:45 and get home around 4 on most days but i dont start my hw till 7 because of clubs and excersize.
any sort of study scheduled or advice or scheduled change ya'll would think would be wise would seriously help!
my dream is to go into Columbia out of state but if not then definitely somewhere good instate.
my current gpa is i think 92 almost 93 average
