Junior year problems... chance an NYU Stern hopeful

Hey guys,
My first marking period of junior year just ended, and I'm struggling a lot. I'm taking 2 AP's and 5 honors classes, and doing well in most of them. But it looks like I'm going to get 3 B's, one of them being a B- in physics. I highly doubt that these grades will go up by the end of the year, physics and pre calc just aren't my thing.

anyway, I was hoping you could give me some insight to my chances at NYU Stern. Here are my stats:

GPA: (predicted by end of junior year): 4.43 - my school only does weighted. unweighted it's a 3.69.
Rank: Right now, I'm in the top 6%. However, after this year, I'll probably drop to top 8-9%.
SAT (predicted): 2150
SAT II's (predicted) math II 740, us hist 750, lit 700
AP's: U.S. History 5, Stat 5
ACT: not sure whether i'm taking or not...

Athletics:

Extracurriculars:
FBLA - (10,11) I have a local level executive position and 2 state positions.
Student Council - (10,11) Director of Communications (10), Secretary (11)
School Newspaper - (11) Designer

Also, I have taken 3 business classes at a county college and hold a 3.67 GPA. I plan to take another class next summer.
