<p>so i'm a junior, and i'm sure like many of you, i'm getting so annoyed with being surrounded by seniors who don't have to work anymore and are constantly talking about how relieved they feel now that they're in college. i know this should give me hope that in a year things will be so much better, but all it's really doing is make me hate them (i mean not actually, but i'm really jealous and getting a little bitter). do you guys feel like this too? has anyone figured out a way to cope with it?</p>
<p>Haha, I’m an accepted senior and all I do is give the juniors and the seniors who weren’t accepted early crap about how awesome it is to be me :p. It’s a pretty vicious cycle by the way I am, and they were seniors were last year, I had no reason to be jealous because I was having a pretty good time, and you should too :p.</p>

most of the time my junior year actually isn’t terrible, but hearing from all the seniors is making everything so much worse…</p>

<p>Freshman - I got time. I’ll get all the ECs I need in the next 3 years. Oh, and btw all my classes really aren’t that difficult.</p>
<p>Sophomore - I got time. I’ll get all the ECs I need in the next 2 years. Classes are getting a little bit harder. Freshman year was so easy. Man, they say Junior year is tough but I doubt it’ll get any worse than this.</p>
<p>Junior - I got time. I have until next yea- OH **** COLLEGES AREN’T GONNA SEE WHAT I DO NEXT YEAR. These 5 APs take up way too much time. Do I have enough ECs? Idk? What should I do? Why do I keep wasting my time? How am I gonna meet all the expectations of me?</p>

<p>Wow sucks to be a junior. I’ll be living it up in Ann Arbor in 5 months. You’ll be in high school. Fourth quarter senior year is two weeks away. I don’t really feel bad telling you this because I went through it too. Yeah, it sucks but just don’t think about it and the months go by faster than you think.</p>

Not sure the part i hate most about it: sats, classes, or just everyone constantly bringing up college. With relatives there’s no ‘hows the weather,’ its ‘hows the college process?’ ‘where do you want to go?’</p>

<p>^ I know, right? Every time the question is: Where are you looking to go to college? What did you get on your ACT/SAT? Even my cousins are starting to compare with me… it’s really annoying</p>

<p>■■■■■, senior year feels awesome. I leave for lunch every day (and don’t come back half of the time) and when I come home, instead of homework I shoot pool for 5 hours.
