Just a simple yes/no but important question..T.T

I'm an international student applying by common app...

Let's say I applied to University X
I've already submitted my:
1. Common Application
2. Supplement for University X
3. payments
and therefore all the three triangles are green.

And University X says I need to send Financial Statement Form.

I am supposed to send the Financial Statement Form by mail, right?
since we can't submit Financial Statement Form my Common app...

Im asking this question because I heard someone say that
if Im using the online Common App, I'm not supposed to send
anything by mail.

So, CommonApp+mail (Financial verification forms, award, resume..etc..) combination
is fine, right?

T.T Im so confused...

send the financial stuff by mail.

Make sure you check every financial aid web page and pdf file for this University because they may require you to send in copies of your country’s version of tax returns/W-2’s or some other proof of financial information in addition to the Financial Statement. That sort of information is frequently hidden away somewhere and if it’s not received you will get an annoying letter telling you your application is not complete. Also, make sure to label these with your name and University ID number if given one if you do send them in (unless the school has different instructions) as this is how your information will be identified and sorted with the rest of your application.
