Just a thought...

Okay, I really want to be in a flourishing city such as NYC, and I think NYU would give me a pretty good lever as to being "successful".
Yetbeing somewhat of a small city girl myself, I've always wanted to be in the suburbs because I like the serenity of it. Fact is, I've applied to more suburb schools than I do city schools.
Seeing as city and suburbs are on opposite spectrum of eachother, is that a good thing? Or do i have a split issue here, lol?

well you obviously at some point will just have to choose, and it will also depend on where you've gotten in, and in any case you don't have any option to go to two schools........
I say don't worry about it at all now, only once you actually have to make the city mouse/ country mouse descision.

stagedoor,
i'm a worrywart, you're right, and this is a wasted thread. Thanks!

i live in suburbs and I am always bored as freakin hell, and im in long island, which is a pretty active suburb. If you go to a suburban college expect to spend allmost all your time on campus, all there is to do is go to movies, bowl, or mini golf... and beach if your near one and its hot.
