I will apply for A&S and i want to major in Molecular and Cellular Biology

I know it's early to be asking for chances, but im just curios. :)

I’m pretty sure you’re in if you apply ED.

Thanks! That’s what i was planning on doing.
Does anyone know if there is any difference between ED1 and ED2. Is the percent accepted the same?

Yeah you sound like a winner. I don’t think there is a difference between the two. I did ED1, I would suggest that because it’s earlier and it feels great to know where I’m going for sure and only halfway through my senior year. Tip: write an awesome personal essay to ensure admittance.

Thanks Vandy14.
I was planning on doing ED1 because Vandy is my number one and pretty much ONLY choice as of right now.
What do you know about financial aid with Early Decision. I heard it might be less because it is binding. Is this true?

Well I still haven’t found out about how much fin aid I am getting, but it is supposed to be the same for every application, ED1, 2, and Regular Decision. Because although it is binding, if they do not give you enough money and there is no way you can afford it, then you can still decline. So, I’m just waiting to hear back from then about mine, I hope it’s the same!! Good luck applying and with your senior year.

Thanks for your help! :)

the admissions rep said that percentages getting in ed 1 and 2 are the same, about 40 percent. regular is like 17 he said

Woo! MCB majors!
That is all.

haha
woo!
