Just Curious as to my CHANCES

<p>Now that we have less than a month left, I want to see what you guys think of my chances---rejected, accepted or too close to call.</p>

<p>SAT: 2400 (one sitting)
SAT IIs: 800 Biology-M, 800 Math 2, 750 U.S. History
GPA: W: 101.277 (4% weighting for APs and Honors), ~98.6 unweighted</p>

<p>APs:
Biology 5
US History 5
English Language 5
Physics B 5 (I took this online because it would not fit into my schedule. I was the first to take a course online in my school and I had to fight for it, so I hope it shows intellectual curiosity)</p>

<p>This Year:
English Literature
European History
Calculus AB (considering studying BC material on my own)
Chemistry
French (independent study)
I have taken all the APs and Honors offered and more independent study (except Art)</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Two extracurricular summer courses
Sought out research internship ~50 hours
Orthopedic Internship ~50 hours</p>

<p>Work Experience:
Barn work ~4 hours week for 4 years</p>

<p>President of NHS
Captain and MVP of Girls Varsity Tennis
MVP of Math Team
Captain of Science Olympiad
Secretary of Ski Club
AP Scholar with Honor Award (2006)
National Merit Scholarship Competition Semifinalist (2007 Competition)
Science Olympiad Regional (2002-2004) & New York State Winner (2004), 19th in National Competition
10th at Delaware National Invitational (2002)</p>

<p>I also have a horse and ride ~10 hours week (barn work pays for horse) and am involved in horse related activities</p>

<p>I skipped 7th grade if that is a hook and my school is rural (Regional Diversity?)</p>

<p>and when i posted a chances thread on the ucla forum, they said, "hmmm maybe you should consider some ivies instead..."

<p>have you seen the caliber of applicants posting what are my chances threads, many own me I may have a good SAT 1 score but my school hasn't ever sent anyone to Princeton and isn't widely known. 70-80 kids apply from my area and 7-8 get in, thats scary!</p>
