So, I'm thinking of doing my NCAA Tournament brackets based on strength of Performing Arts Department. It is probably as scientific as any other method...

Thoughts?

My first thought when they announced CCU in the bracket was, “They have a great MT program!” Were it not for this forum, I’d have never known who they were. Sadly, Cincinnati, CCU and Michigan are all in the same region, so only one could make it to the final four. So hard to choose. My “real” bracket has my alma mater, Michigan State, going all the way!

Go Syracuse!!!

Gotta go with the Shockers! Wichita State has a fantastic basketball team AND a fantastic MT program!

Go Arizona!

Harvard and CCM, er UC? What’s that about?

Why was this thread moved out of MT? It was started as a distraction from all the waiting for artistic decisions - and we’ve been discussing the schools with MT programs that also have basketball teams in the mix. I know perhaps it didn’t seem like an MT topic - but it was basketball with an MT twist!

That’s funny… I didn’t move it. Hm. My MT inspired bracket is not doing well, BTW. Sad.
