Graham Blanks had a great weekend to cap off a great season, but I believe Abbie D’Agostino won an individual NCAA XC championship in 2013 for Dartmouth. Perhaps he was the first man to win?

I can’t believe it only took 3 days of planning!
They had recipes from prior years 
And he just set the NCAA record for indoor 5K. I’ve been saying this all year, but we still don’t know how fast he is.
