In April, I got a 33C and in June I got a 33C too but science went down 5 points(34-29) and math went up 4 points(32-36). I'm wondering, would it be worth it to retake it again in September or should I even bother since it is a pretty good score or would it start to look bad retaking it so much? I've heard that colleges don't like to see students retake the SAT a bunch of times, so I'm thinking it would be the same here.

You could, or if you haven't really started considering colleges yet, try to find the ones that superscore each section of the ACT. For the ACT you select which scores to send to colleges, so unless you send them all of your scores, they won't know how many times you've taken the test.

Your choice, you won't be denied to a college because of a 33, but you may get more money via scholarships with a higher score or some sort of incentive like an honors college. Personally I would just take the 33 an not spend another 4 hours taking a test but the choice is up to you.
