The Cost of Attendance of the school I want go to for students living at home is around $12,000:

Fees: 3,754
Books and Supplies: 1,566
Food and Housing: 3,642
Transportation: 1,300
Misc, Personal: 2,730

The only thing I'm really going to be paying for the school are the Fees and Books/Supplies right? Since I am going to be living at home.

I received a Cal Grant A of $3,354 and according to a chart for the Pell Grant I should be receiving $4,300, making that a total of $7654. Should this cover the costs for the 2009-2010 school year of $5,320 (Fees + Books/Supplies)? Or are there other things I have to pay for that arent listed in the COA?

Yeah. The estimates for Food/housing, transportation, and misc personal are just estimated, used by the colleges to determine the Cost of Attendance.

I assume that fees includes tuition.

Also-- some colleges have a different Food/Housing estimate for students who live at home, rather than living off campus. If your school does, and they think you're paying for off campus housing and food (unlikely given the low $3642 estimate), then they could recalculate the COA and your Need given that you're living at home.

Many colleges have a relatively high COA for those living at home, taking into account the costs of commuting, food, shelter, etc. If your school has a COA of $12k but actual costs of $5320, the refund you would get can be used to pay for books, commute to school, etc.
