@twoinanddone - Thank you for the suggestion of looking at a payment plan! This turned out to be the ideal solution for us. For a small fee, the school allows a student in good financial standing to pay 50% by the initial due date with another 25% due in several weeks. This should allow time for the state scholarship money to hit the account.
