To those of you who have gone, what happens during the Direct Admit Day for Kelley? What is the schedule like? Was it a worthwhile experience? I’m trying to figure out if traveling to this event will be worth it or not.
Are you talking about Kelley Connect in March? That was a great visit! My daughter had her picture taken on the floor of Assembly Hall ( first year they did that) and they had a wonderful reception in the hall at the stadium. It was really good to hear the Dean share stories about her own kids and Bloomington. She met some other Kelley kids, heard about Camp Kelley in August ( for non LLC kids), and felt like she started to belong there. It was by far one of our best IU visits. Orientation in June is very busy and rushed. Make hotel reservations now for March, June orientation and Parents weekend ( Nov??).
