Visiting for the first time. Any recommendations for things to do, sights to see, or places to dine?

We were there a few weeks ago and Kennebunkport was jam-packed with tourists. Hopefully, it has cleared out for you. If not, we drove 10 miles down to Ogunquit where it is far less touristy, has very long beach, and has a great ocean-side trail - The Marginal Way. Very nice indeed

Thanks for the tip. We had held off on the trip assuming tourist season wouldn’t extend into November.
