Lab directly after Class: yes/no?

I'm taking intro to astronomical observation next year, which comes with a lab. The class is 2 hrs long (7 pm - 9) as is the lab (9 pm - 11). With my current schedule they are back to back. Is this a good idea? The labs for the other days are still open so I could switch. The class is only on Mondays and my first class on Tuesday starts at 9 30 am. The lab is only once a week. My thoughts were that maybe it'd be nice to do the lab right after the class so it'd be fresh in my mind and plus I'd save myself some walking. On the other hand, 4 hrs straight of astronomy might get old fast.

advice/thoughts/experience? thanks~

i had a friend who took astr130 and she did her lab on mondays - but she told me she (and most other students) had to go back other nights because of (length of lab, cloudy skies, etc) so i would shoot for lab on mondays but be flexible to other nights and/or long nights when the sky is clear.

edit: also, astr130 is in clark and the labs will be at the astronomy building so you have to walk anyways

oh ok thanks so much.
