Lack of Extracurriculars, Funky Grade Pattern

I know my grades are the forerunner, but I've had quite a lot of issues during my high school.
I had an okay set of extracurricular activities freshman and sophomore year. I was Vice President for my class both years and was in the Eco Club. But, my grades were absolutely terrible. When I say terrible, I really mean terrible. My UW GPA fell to a 2.2. I've always been in Honors and AP classes (except my foreign language). Anyway, junior year, I've managed to raise my UW GPA up to a 3.0, with straight As in the same type of Honors and APs. But, I've done absolutely no extracurricular activities. For one, my parents didn't let me, since they only wanted me to focus on my grades, and secondly, I halfheartedly agreed wit their standpoint. How much do you guys think that will impact my applications? I'm not planning on applying to an Ivy or something, but still.
For now (again, I'm a junior--I have one more quarter left) my grades are

an UW GPA of 3.0
W GPA of 3.8
First SAT I took, I got an 1800, I'm taking it again in May and October, I'm aiming for a 2000, hopefully
I'm also taking another AP course online, finishing within the beginning of senior year, so that should bump up my GPA by ~.1 by the start of my admissions process.

But really, I just want to know how the extracurricular activities situation, correlated with my grades will affect me.

I don't need any options suggesting CC or anything, so please don't start.

The majority of colleges – and it seems the ones you might be targeting- - give little to no consideration to ECs whatsoever. Keep cranking on the GPA and upping your test scores. If there’s an EC that really interests you, go for it. Otherwise, spend your time in the books. Seriously.

If you don’t mind me asking since you seem like you may know what you’re talking about, what colleges do you see in my “target area.” I already have my own list, but someone’s input wouldn’t hurt.

You seem accomplished in HS. What college you should apply to depends on what size what locale etc. Many factors. Ask at your guidance counselors too. Good luck to you
