Is your GPA weighted on unweighted? Your ECs and test scores are good. The schools will be a reach but with compelling essays, I wouldn’t rule them out. (But do find some safeties.) If your grades are strong in STEM classes that can help. I have a son with very strong STEM grades but never excelled in world languages and they always pulled down his GPA. He did get into one of the schools you are looking at.
