Laguardia community college HELP!!!!

<p>Hi, I'm currently attending Queensborough community college and I heard that laguardia community college has an articulation agreement with cornell(CALS) that says they guarantees admitance as long as students meet the requirements. Is that true?? And would it be better if I transfer to laguardia community college for this advantage? I really want to go to Cornell.</p>
