Landscape Arch Grad School????

So I am currently entering my senior year studying urban and regional planning at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I currently have a cumulative 3.4 GPA with a 3.84 UP GPA.

I am taking the GRE in July...

I also am getting a minor in landscape studies (minor version of landscape architecture).

I hold a executive position in a student organization related to my major and I work part time at one of the campus libraries. I also volunteer as an english tutor and I worked at an art museum for a semester.

I have NO professional experience in landscape architecture and obviously no portfolio. (I was previously an architecture major, but the work doesn't relate to landscape)

My goal is to get accepted into a masters program for landscape architecture and I know they take people from "related" majors. What are my odds? I need to know if I should apply now or try to get a job after I graduate in the spring and apply later when my resume is improved.
