I’m thinking of picking up a new language (for leisure plus to strengthen my Cornell application as well). Any recommendations?
P.s: probably will be continuing with French since I’ve already learnt it for a while.

Depends on what languages you already know, try to learn ones in similar language families to those you’ve already learnt.
French -> Spanish or Italian
English -> Scots or Dutch
