Did anyone else get the clear package from JHU that contained a viewbook, application, and school map? I was really confused because it looked like a packet for a prospective student, but I've already applied. I don't really think that it means anything, but I just want to be sure that this is normal. Thanks so much!

yea...i think it's for a prospective student...jhu things tend to come late in california. eg: letter asking to apply ed after ed deadlines, etc. lol

I got that back in september after I visited the school in august. So maybe it just got to you late or something like that...

I got mine a loong time ago, hahah.. I live in California. who knows?

my friend and I got the same clear package friday. viewbook seems cool

loved the package.

Currently we are investigating why a number of our mailed application packets have arrived so late. These packets were supposed to be sent out in late November so that student's who had requested them could receive them prior to the application deadline. We believe there was a serious delay with our "mail house" but will not be completely sure until we can investigate further. If you applied to Hopkins, you can disregard the packets as they are not related to your application.

OK, thanks. I figured as much.

Wow. I got not one, but two of those today.

It's interesting how spread out this mailing was; my son received one in the mail today.

I just received one "Prospective Student Package" last week, 2 months after my ED acceptance. It also contained all the application forms telling me not to miss the "application deadlines..." hehe;)

wow...and i thought only california was experiencing this hehe

My friend in MD received one about a week ago..
