Last minute chances? Huge dip in grades!

Sorry to add onto the influx of late "Chances!" thread, but like many other students, I worry for my chances.

Long story short, I have a C- in AP Calculus AB and I feel like my chances have been shot down the toilet. That is my only "bad" grade, though. My english grade is a B+ and everything else an A or higher (no A-). This is for my first semester SENIOR year grades.

Sophomore I got a 94.something average, junior year I got a 93.something average, and I'm applying to the Faculty of Science. For 1st semester senior year, I have an 89.333... average.

My prerequisites stand stronger, with a 95 average in AP Bio, 90 avg in AP Chem (I dropped it first semester though), 97 avg in Pre-AP Physics, and 98 avg in Precalculus.

32 ACT (I got a 25 in science. How? I can't explain myself either but I can say it makes me a little bitter. On my last ACT i got a 30 but the composite was much worse). Didn't report my SAT grade.

GPA, I can't exactly recall, but I only remember my weighted GPA: a 4.94 (before AP calculus....^%&^%&^%). I believe my unweighted was at least a 3.7.

Is there anything I can hear? Are my chances really shot because of AP Calculus? I haven't uploaded my new transcript (which will show that grade...) and I'm scared to, but it'll have to happen eventually. Thanks for any feedback, positive or negative!

Also, if it means anything, English was consistently my lowest grade each year with at least a B flat, but since it isn’t “involved” in sciences, will it help me at all regarding year averages? Calculated out, if I don’t include English, my sophomore and junior year average go up to at least a 95 each. In senior year I would get at least a 90.
