<p>Hi, I have a June to June contract for VDC Norte in a 3-person suite, and I'm curious if I would be able to change into an apartment with new people? I requested these people originally, for the record, but it just won't work out. I can't handle another year with them.</p>

<p>in the sense of canceling your contract? i didn’t read my own one thoroughly (for vdc though) but i’ve heard there is a huge penalty for canceling the contract… maybe you can try to just sublease it to someone else by advertising around?</p>
<p>It’s not canceling my contract, it’s switching room spots with a stranger, set up through the apartment complex.</p>
