<p>gahh i'm so hungry. it's 4:30 AM, and i'm going to bed soon, but i crave crackers. i've been eating candy and drinking tea. my favorite late night snack is crackers. what's yours?</p>

<p>Yea i used to snack on Mr.Noodles (chicken flavor) and chips + salsa. Living on res about a block away from 7-11 made snacking really easy. Until I put on the freshman 15. Then I stopped snacking :(</p>
<p>Celery, carrots, and Roast French Onion dip...best snack in the world.</p>
<p>Cookies and milk. Usually oreos.</p>
<p>I try to not have late night snacks, but I love chip & dip, milk & cookies, apples & peanut butter, or a spoonful of Nuttella.</p>
<p>hot dogs, craisins, peanut butter, milk, fraps -- generally anything i shouldnt be eating that i can get my hands on</p>
<p>Mine is some Neopolitan ice cream with some Starbucks M&Ms cookies inside. (brought home from work)</p>
<p>Kids I don't recommend this because it's definitely going to have a toll on your body late night or not. I have a very high metabolism thats why I still bother to eat it.</p>

<p>I just keep drinking water - no calories, keeps you awake, and keeps you feeling full.</p>
<p>New York steak with lobster and butter. Oh and Chinese food.</p>
<p>just had 100% whole wheat toast with a bit of butter and honey and some water. i'm set for an 8 hour fast.</p>

otherwise... cookies, whole wheat toast with little bit of peanut butter. also green tea and milk tea.</p>

<p>cereal is the big one (fruit loops!) but if I have nutella around, then I eat like half the jar lol.</p>

<p>Late night snacking is not good for you. The food you ingest will turn into fat as you sleep.</p>
